Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Andrey's Creations. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1-3] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Damages and Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please inspect the packaging and the items immediately. Contact us at [Your Support Email] within [e.g., 48 hours] of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from [Your Store Name]. If you are not entirely happy with your item, we are here to help.

Return Window

You have [e.g., 30 days] to return an item from the date you received it.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

 * The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

 * Clearance or final sale items

 * Custom or personalized products

 How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at Unitedforjesus.co@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: We will cover the cost of return shipping if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

Change of Mind/Sizing Issues: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within [e.g., 5-10] business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
